Please note that our "coop cakes" (minis) are baked by special order only (24 hours advance notice is required). Minimum order is two dozen of the four daily flavors or red velvet. Special Flavors require a minimum order of 3 dozen.  Unfortunately we cannot make any stuffed cupcakes in the mini size.

• Vanilla/Vanilla—Pure Madagascar bourbon vanilla cake topped with vanilla frosting.

• Vanilla/Chocolate—Pure Madagascar bourbon vanilla cake topped with creamy Belgian Chocolate fudgy frosting.

• Chocolate/Vanilla—Valrhona chocolate cake topped with vanilla frosting.

• Chocolate/Chocolate-Valrhona chocolate cake topped with Belgian chocolate fudgy frosting.

• Red Velvet-Red velvet cake made with Valrhona cocoa topped with traditional cream cheese frosting.

  Marie Antoinette-Vanilla cake with a raspberry center, European buttercream and home-made crushed almond toffee on top.

• Black Bottom -Chocolate cake topped with a cream cheese and chocolate chip filling.

• Boston Cream - Vanilla Cake filled with a vanilla pastry cream, dipped in a rich chocolate ganache and topped with a buttercream rosette.

• Samoa – Vanilla cake batter with folded chocolate coated toasted coconut and filled with caramel.  Topped with a caramel buttercream and garnished with a toasted coconut truffle.

• Banana Pudding - Banana Cake filled with vanilla pudding and topped with toasted Italian Meringue.  Garnished with a vanilla wafer and a banana chip.

• Coconut -Coconut cake frosted with cream cheese and topped with shredded coconut.  (Also available with Chocolate cake.)

• Caramel Poundcake - Vanilla Poundcake topped with a Caramel Frosting and garnished with a chewy caramel candy.

  Rocky Road - Vanilla Cake folded with chocolate chips, pecan pieces, and marshmallows and topped with a marshmallow fluff buttercream.  Garnished with pecan pieces and chocolate chips.

  Chocolate Raspberry Mousse - Chocolate Raspberry Cake frosted with a Chocolate Raspberry Mousse and topped with Valhrona crunchy chocolate pearls.

• Tres Leches - Traditional Spanish Vanilla Sponge cake soaked with a three milk buttercream and frosted with a caramel buttercream.

• Chocolate Blackout -Chocolate cake filled with a chocolate pudding and dipped in a rich chocolate ganache.  Topped with a dallop of vanilla buttercream and garnished with oreo pieces.

• Tropical -Toasted coconut cake with pineapple and macadamia nuts.  Topped with a coconut rum buttercream and garnished with toasted coonut.

• Carrot Cake—Traditional carrot cake topped with a classic, rich cream cheese frosting.

• Coca Cola - Chocolate cake made with coca cola and marshmallows and topped with a coke frosting.  Garnished with sugar sprinkles.

• Chocolate Salty Caramel -Chocolate cake filled with a salted caramel filling and topped with a chocolate cream cheese.  Garnished with a chocolate covered pretzel.

• Cookies and Cream - Chocolate cake with an Oreo buttercream and garnished with cookie pieces.

• S'more - Chocolate cake with a graham cracker baked in the bottom and chocolate chips baked on top.  Frosted with a marshmallow fluff buttercream and topped with a graham cracker and a Hershey square.

  Apples and Honey - Cinnamon cake combined with an apple and honey compote and topped with cream cheese frosting.

  Guinness - Chocolate cake made with guinness beer and topped with a cream cheese frosting.
