Please note that our "coop cakes" (minis) are baked by special order only (24 hours advance notice is required). Minimum order is two dozen of the four daily flavors or red velvet. Special Flavors require a minimum order of 3 dozen.  Unfortunately we cannot make any stuffed cupcakes in the mini size.

• Vanilla/Vanilla—Pure Madagascar bourbon vanilla cake topped with vanilla frosting.

• Vanilla/Chocolate—Pure Madagascar bourbon vanilla cake topped with creamy Belgian Chocolate fudgy frosting.

• Chocolate/Vanilla—Valrhona chocolate cake topped with vanilla frosting.

• Chocolate/Chocolate-Valrhona chocolate cake topped with Belgian chocolate fudgy frosting.

• Red Velvet-Red velvet cake made with Valrhona cocoa topped with traditional cream cheese frosting.

• Marie Antoinette-Vanilla cake with a raspberry center, European buttercream and home-made crushed almond toffee on top.

• Black Bottom -Chocolate cake topped with a cream cheese and chocolate chip filling.

• Pink Lemonade -Strawberry-Lemon cake topped with a Strawberry-Lemon buttercream.

• Mexican Hot Chocolate – Chocolate cake filled with a spicy chocolate ganache and topped with a spicy chocolate buttercream.  Lightly dusted with cocoa powder.

• Caramel Pound Cake - Vanilla pound cake topped with caramel frosting and garnished with a caramel candy.

• Coconut -Coconut cake frosted with cream cheese and topped with shredded coconut.  (Also available with Chocolate cake.)

• Lemon Blueberry - Lemon cake studded with fresh blueberries and topped with a tangy lemon buttercream.  Garnished with blue sugar sprinkles.

  Blackberry Spice - Light spice cake topped with a blackberry cream cheese frosting.

• Chocolate Salty Caramel -Chocolate cake filled with a salted caramel filling and topped with a chocolate cream cheese.  Garnished with a chocolate covered pretzel.

• Key Lime -A key lime cake with graham crackers folded in, topped with a tangy key lime buttercream and garnished with graham crackers.

• Orange Cream - Orange and white chocolate cake topped with cream cheese and garnished with a candied orange peel.                                .

• Carrot Cake—Traditional carrot cake topped with a classic, rich cream cheese frosting.

• Lemon Lavender -Lemon pound cake with a scent of lavender and topped with a tangy lemon buttercream.  Garnished with lavender colored sugar.

• Peanut Butter Cup - Chocolate cake filled with a rich peanut butter/chocolate filling and dipped in a dark chocolate ganache.  Garnished with a peanut butter cup.

• Cookies and Cream - Chocolate cake with an Oreo buttercream and garnished with cookie pieces.

• S'more - Chocolate cake with a graham cracker baked in the bottom and chocolate chips baked on top.  Frosted with a marshmallow fluff buttercream and topped with a graham cracker and a Hershey square.
