Please note that our "coop cakes" (minis) are baked by special order only (24 hours advance notice is required). Minimum order is two dozen of the four daily flavors or red velvet. Special Flavors require a minimum order of 3 dozen.

• Vanilla/Chocolate—Pure Madagascar bourbon vanilla cake topped with creamy Belgian Chocolate fudgy frosting.

• Chocolate/Vanilla—Valrhona chocolate cake topped with vanilla frosting.

• Chocolate/Chocolate-Valrhona chocolate cake topped with Belgian chocolate fudgy frosting.

• Red Velvet-Red velvet cake made with Valrhona cocoa topped with traditional cream cheese frosting.

• Apples and Honey-Apple and honey compote folded into a cinamon cake with a spiced cream cheese. Garnished with an apple chip.

• Chocolate Rasberry -Choc and rasberry cake with rasberry buttercream and topped with a choc and white choc drizzle.

• Boston Cream -Vanilla cake filled with a vanilla bean pastry cream, dipped in ganache and topped with a rosette of vanilla buttercream.

• Coconut –Coconut cake with rich cream cheese frosting generously topped with shredded sweet coconut.

• Caramel Pound Cake-Traditional butter pound cake with a caramel frosting on top. Topped with a caramel candy garnish.

• Peanut Butter Cup -Chocolate cake with peanut butter cups folded in topped with peanut butter buttercream and garnished with half of a peanut butter cup.

• Nutella-Vanilla cake filled with a choc hazelhut spread, then topped with a Nutella buttercream and garnished with toasted hazelnuts. with a peanut butter buttercream.

• Lemon Lavender -A lavender scented lemon pound cake topped with lemon buttercream.

• Coca-Cola Cake -A light fluffy chocolate cake with the essence of Coca-Cola topped with Chocolate Coca-Cola frosting.

• Turtle-Chocolate cake dipped in ganache and filled with a caramel pecan sauce. .

• Carrot Cake—Traditional carrot cake topped with a classic, rich cream cheese frosting.

• Cheesecake -New York style cheesecake topped with a home made strawberry sauce.

• Cookies and Cream-Valrhona chocolate cake topped with Oreo-vanilla buttercream and Oreo cookie chunks.

• Hummingbird-A traditional southern cake with banana, pineapple and pecans, topped with cream cheese frosting.

• Orange Cream-Creamy orange cake with a cream cheese frosting and garnished with a candied orange peel.
